Court Reservation Rules

    • Court reservation must be made online at YourCourts.com.  The site will send you a court notification via email. If you cancel your match, you must cancel your court reservation.  If you are not on the court within 15 minutes of your reserved time, you will forfeit the reservation.
    • Courts may be reserved by a resident no more than 3 days in advance.
    • Court reservations are limited to a maximum of one 120-minute time slot. At the end of this time, the court is to be free for another resident to reserve.  An individual resident may not reserve the court for two or more consecutive 120-minute time slots unless approved by Tennis Director or Tennis Chairperson.
    • Court time can be reserved for up to 120-minutes at a time, except during tournaments, special events, and/or ALTA / USTA matches all of which will not be interrupted. ALTA / USTA make-up matches take precedence provided they have been scheduled in advance.
    • During ALTA / USTA matches, there will always be a minimum of three courts available for tennis lessons and residents not participating in the matches. However, if there are no sign-ups by the time the ALTA / USTA matches start, additional courts may be used by the ALTA / USTA teams if approved by Tennis Director or Tennis Chairperson.
    • Also review new team ALTA & USTA Rules.
    • The Creekstone Estates Tennis Committee reserves the right to revoke or suspend any teams’ or individual privilege of playing out of Creekstone, if they are found to not follow the rules as set forth above.
