Clubhouse reservations and pool parties are available to Creekstone Estates residents only.
Reservations can be made for the Event Hall & Catering Kitchen, Club Room & Pool Cafe, Board Room or a Pool Party.
Reservations may be made up to six months in advance and must be submitted at least 30 days before the event.
Note: The Community Room cannot be reserved and no organized parties or place holding is allowed.
Residents must also have an access card to gain entry into the reserved area and must be present during the entire event.
Reservation requirements are strictly enforced.
Clubhouse Reservation Process
- Reservation Request:
View the Creekstone Community Calendar and create a Community Reservation.
- Reservation Contract (after confirmed reservation):
For Event Hall or Club Room reservations: Complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement after your reservation is confirmed and submit it to Access Management Group, info@accessmgt.com.
For Pool Parties: Complete the Pool Party Request Form when additional lifeguard coverage is required for 10+ swimmers or for parties held outside standard pool lifeguard hours (11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Memorial Day weekend through the end of July).
- Reservation Payment:
Clubhouse rentals: Rental fees are applied to the resident’s AMG account.
Additional lifeguards: Lifeguard fees are paid directly to AMS Pools Service.
