Creekstone Estates Tennis Rules

These rules are subject to periodic review by the Tennis Committee and HOA BOD to ensure that they remain current and fair. No exceptions to these rules are allowed without the express written consent of the Tennis Committee. As a friendly reminder the Committee would like to point out that residents utilizing the tennis facilities and participate in ALTA/USTA matches cannot be delinquent in HOA fees. Those homeowners delinquent may be removed from their teams and may not be allowed to use the recreational facilities at Creekstone. Also, failure to adhere to the tennis rules could resultin having ones tennis privileges being denied.
General Rules:
- Tennis courts are for the exclusive use of Creekstone Estate (CE) residents (in good standing) and their “guest”. No more than three guest per resident will be allowed to use the courts. Resident must be present when their guest are using the courts.
- Schools or other organization are not allowed to use the CE courts without written consent from the Tennis Committee and HOA BOD.
- All residents are to clean up after their matches. All trash must be deposited in the proper receptacles. Items left on the courts will be taken to the clubhouse and placed in the Lost and Found box.
- Grills are to be cleaned after use to their original condition or better and becovered. A cleaning fee will be chargedto the person/team who does not clean the grill.
- Only those people playing tennis are allowed on the courts. Parents are responsible to ensure their children are supervised to such a degree that their activities do not disturb those playing tennis.
- Proper tennis attire (shirts and non-marking tennis shoes) must be worn at all times on the courts.
- No bicycles,skateboards, roller blades, or Heelys (wheeled shoes) are allowed on the tennis courts. No recreational activity other than tennis is allowed on the courts.
- No activity other than tennis is allowed on the courts. This is to be strictly enforced. Any person damaging the tennis courts will be responsible for all damages.
- No Pets are allowed on the tennis courts.
- No glass bottles, food or chewing gum are allowed on the courts.
- No children are allowed on the court under the age of 12 unless a parent is with them and they are playing tennis.
- Proper etiquette and behavior is expected from all those who are using the courts: no profanity is allowed, nor is abusive behavior towards other players or Creekstone’s tennis facilities i.e. nets, windscreens, outdoor furniture or courts in general.
- Only the Tennis Director and Tennis Pro are allowed to provide professional coaching and/or other tennis services on Creekstone’s tennis courts.
- Anyone using the tennis courts uses them at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for any injury or loss that might be suffered as a result of such use.
