All Applications for Modifications to the exterior of your property require written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) PRIOR to commencing any work.
Please review the following information to determine the requirements for your project. Be aware that some projects may require additional signatures from affected neighbors.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR MODIFICATION:
Ensure registration on the Access Management Group (AMG) portal: portal.accessmgt.com.
To register, have your personalized account number and registration key provided in your welcome letter.

Click on Submit >Select ‘ARC Request’ > Follow Instructions
Be sure to attach the ACC Application with signatures, pictures and other documents to support the modification.
All ACC Applications must be submitted through the Access Management Group Portal
