Trash & Recycling Services
Services are provided by Red Oak Sanitation and paid directly by the Association.
Residents who need an additional trash or recycling cart should contact Red Oak Sanitation directly.
Community Amenity Trash Policy
Trash receptacles located at Creekstone Estates amenities and the Clubhouse dumpster enclosure are for Association and amenity-related use only. Residents may not dispose of household trash or other personal refuse in these locations.
Cameras are installed at the tennis courts and Clubhouse dumpster enclosure. Residents identified disposing of personal trash in amenity trash cans or in or around the Clubhouse dumpster enclosure are subject to a $1,000 fine assessed to their Association account.
