Pool Party Guidelines

1. Pool Parties may be reserved for groups up to a maximum of 30 people.

2. Pool Parties cannot be reserved on Holidays or long Holiday weekends to ensure all residents have safe and enjoyable access to the pool on those days.

3. Scheduled pool parties do not represent exclusive use of the clubhouse and pool area.

4. Parties with 10 or fewer swimming guests (of any age, resident OR non-resident) are not required to provide an additional lifeguard between the hours of 11:00 am and 7:00 pm.

5. No parties can be scheduled before 11:00 am.  Parties that will run after 9:00 pm will require that a lifeguard be reserved (through AMS Only) and present until the end of the party or 11PM, whichever comes first.

• Parties with 11 to 30 swimming guests (of any age, resident OR non-resident) are required to hire one additional lifeguard through our pool service provider, AMS. The lifeguard must be hired for the same length of time as the entire party.  To find out more about the costs associated with securing an additional lifeguard visit AMS Pools.

You must have a confirmed reservation before you book your lifeguard with AMS Pools.

Pool Parties may not be reserved when there is a clubhouse rental.

Parties are required to be scheduled no less than 15 days in advance.

Failure to receive approval prior to booking the lifeguard with AMS Pools may result in loss of money paid.
