These are the general use guidelines for the Creekstone Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse is available for use for Creekstone Residents only.
If you are interested in reserving the Clubhouse for a private event, please review the Community Calendar and if necessary, reach out to Creekstonehelp@gmail.com to confirm availability.
- All residents are required to have a functioning Clubhouse Access Card for general entry and special use reservations. Resident access to the Clubhouse for reserved areas will be granted on the Access Card assigned. All residents reserving a Clubhouse area must ensure their Access Card is operational five (5) days prior to the reservation date.
- Residents will have general access to the Clubhouse between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm throughout the year. Areas accessible with their assigned access card will include the Community Room, Lower-Level Bathrooms, Exercise Room and all Pool Gates (during pool season only).
- The Community Room will be open for use by all residents and cannot be reserved. No organized parties or events will be allowed and there will be no “place holding” allowed in the room. Residents are required to clean up after each use and dispose of all trash generated before leaving. With the exception of swim team and community events, there will be no access to the Club Kitchen (Pool Cafe) with general use of the Community Room.
- The Event Hall, Club Room, Board Room, and Pool Parties all require a reservation.
- The Club Room (downstairs fireplace room) can be reserved (for a fee), on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of the Club Kitchen is included.
- The Event Hall can be reserved (for a fee), on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of the Catering Kitchen is included. The Event Hall rental will include the Board Room.
- The Board Room can be reserved (no fee) on a first-come, first-served basis. The Resident making the request must be present during use and assumes full responsibility for cleaning the area after use and disposing of all trash generated
- Pool Parties (without clubroom rental) still require a reservation. Residents are responsible for securing additional lifeguards from AMS Pool Services for guests greater than 10. For more information on how to book a pool party, please reach out to creekstonehelp@gmail.com.
- Any resident under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent while utilizing the Exercise Room.
- No use of the fireplace in the Club Room is allowed at any time.
- The Clubhouse facilities can be reserved for resident sponsored functions only. Residents making the reservation must be present at the event and agree to abide by the reservation guidelines and rules.
- Residents are responsible for providing their own linens and other supplies for events
- The Clubhouse may not be used for any commercial, personal gain or for-profit purpose, including fund raising. Participants may not be charged any fee to attend or participate, including a registration or admission fee
