To register a new team in our program there are four easy steps:
- You must download and complete the Team Roster Spreadsheet. Click here to download form.
(This spreadsheet must be completed before registering the team. Applications without it will be automatically denied.)
- Complete the New Team Registration Form by clicking here.
- If your team will require coaching please complete the Coaching Request Registration Form by clicking here.
- Complete the Team Practice Court Request Form by clicking here.
All Non-residents must pay a $25.00 Non-Resident Fee. This fee must be paid through the CSE website on the team registration form by the team captain (no-checks are allowed). All fees are due two weeks prior to the team’s first match of the season.
Captains must read and follow all rules for CSE Courts and League Team Tennis.
