REALTOR SIGNS
- Please carefully read the Signage Rules and Regulations to market a home in Creekstone Estates.
- Creekstone Estates has a mandatory and specific format for “For Sale” signs used to market homes in the community.
- To order an approved sign from Image 360, download and utilize the order form with pricing information.
POA FEES
- Access Management Group (AMG) is the Property Management Company for the Creekstone Estates community.
- AMG is responsible for collecting the annual Homeowner assessments.
- The current assessment is $1,700. Payments of $425 are collected quarterly by AMG.
- If you are purchasing or selling a home, the fees will be prorated by the closing attorney.
- The annual assessment includes use of the Clubhouse, Pools, Courts and Common Areas.
- This fee also includes your trash collection service that occurs every Monday.
- There is an initiation fee of $2,000 due at closing.
- There are no special assessments pending.
