Pool Party Guidelines

Pool parties are available to Creekstone Estates residents by reservation and are subject to the following scheduling and lifeguard requirements.

Pool Party Guidelines

1. Pool Parties may be reserved for groups up to a maximum of 30 people.

2. Pool Parties cannot be reserved on Holidays or long Holiday weekends to ensure all residents have safe and enjoyable access to the pool on those days.

3. Scheduled pool parties do not represent exclusive use of the clubhouse and pool area.

4. Parties with 10 or fewer swimming guests, regardless of age or residency, do not require an additional lifeguard when held between 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

5. No parties can be scheduled before 11:00 a.m.  Approved parties extending beyond the normal 9:00 p.m. pool closing time require a lifeguard reserved through AMS Pool Services through the end of the party, no later than 11:00 p.m.

6. Parties with 11–30 swimming guests, regardless of age or residency, require one additional lifeguard through AMS Pool Services. The lifeguard must be reserved for the entire duration of the party. For information about additional lifeguard requirements and fees, visit AMS Pools.

Important Reservation Requirements

• A confirmed Creekstone reservation is required before booking a lifeguard with AMS Pools.
• Pool parties may not be reserved when there is a clubhouse rental.
• Reservations must be submitted at least 15 days in advance.
• Booking a lifeguard before receiving reservation approval may result in loss of fees paid.
