Association Assessments & Fees
- Annual Assessment: $1,700 collected in quarterly installments of $425 by Access Management Group (AMG).
- Initiation Fee: $2,000 due at closing.
- Special Assessments: No special assessments are currently pending.
- Included Services & Amenities: The annual assessment includes access to the Clubhouse, Pools, Courts and Common Areas, as well as weekly trash collection.
