Architectural Review & Modification Information
Exterior modifications to homes and properties in Creekstone Estates require written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before work begins.
Homeowners should review the Community Design Guidelines before planning or submitting a modification request. Certain projects may also require signatures from affected neighboring property owners.
How to Submit a Modification Request
- Review the Community Design Guidelines
Confirm the requirements applicable to your proposed modification.
- Complete the ACC Application
Download and complete the application, including required signatures, photographs and supporting documentation.
- Submit Your Application Through AMG
In the AMG portal, select “ARC Request” to submit your completed ACC Application. Attach the application and all required supporting materials.
All ACC Applications must be submitted through the Access Management Group Portal
Need Access to the AMG Portal?
Homeowners must be registered with Access Management Group (AMG) to submit an architectural request. Registration requires the account number and registration key provided in your welcome letter.
