Danie van den Heever
Creekstone Estates Tennis Director
Danie grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa where he was a top junior player in both singles and doubles with a highest singles ranking of #9 and #5 in doubles. Danie won the National Doubles Championships for the boys 18’s.
He played collegiate tennis for Georgia Southern University in primarily the top singles and doubles positions. He was named second team all-conference his final season. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a minor in Broadcasting and Telecommunications during his 4 years at GSU.
Danie has worked with many nationally ranked juniors and has been teaching tennis since 1999 throughout South Africa and the USA. Danie has been working at Creekstone Estates since 2007.
Inus Daneel
Creekstone Estates Head Professional
Inus Daneel has been a Tennis Professional with Creekstone since Feb 2023. Before Creekstone, Inus was a full time Tennis Professional at Fieldstone Tennis in Cumming, GA. Prior to Fieldstone Tennis he was at Crooked Creek where he started in 2019.
Inus is originally from South Africa. He immigrated with his wife, Annelie and two sons, Morne and Eben in September 2019. He was highly ranked junior player in South Africa achieving a top 10 ranking in 18u. He represented the South African Youth Tennis Team in Denmark & Italy in 1993. In 1998 Inus came to the Ever Tennis Academy in Fort Lauderdale, where he practiced and accompanied junior players to play ITF tournaments in South America.
As a player, Inus has been on the Creekstone AA1 Men’s and mixed teams, as well as the USTA 5.0 team, since he arrived here in September 2019. He’s represented GA at the Callen Cup the past two years and has also won the State and Sectionals with his league teams.
Inus became a certified Professional Tennis Coach in South Africa in October 2000 and is a current USPTA certified coach. He has experience coaching adults, ALTA & USTA teams and kids of all levels.
