Please submit your team’s complete season schedule at least two weeks before your first match. This information is used by the Creekstone Estates Tennis Committee to coordinate court scheduling. For each week, indicate whether your team is playing Home (Creekstone) or Away. For home matches, provide the opposing team’s name.
